A few years ago, I noticed how people’s bodies can dramatically change as they move from their 20s to their 30s and 40s and so on.

And no, I’m not just talking about aging—I’m talking about body composition.

It’s common to see people looking their best in their teens and 20s, but as they age, they often gain weight and face health issues that they never expected.

This sparked a passion in me to dig deeper. I wanted to understand why this happens, why so many people gain weight, and, more importantly, how to prevent it.

That’s when I decided to pursue nutrition and exercise science.

Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all backgrounds, helping them stay lean and healthy without wishing they were 20 again.
